Villu Kangur

About the facilitator

Villu's path into Tantra began with a search for a more compassionate way of meeting life. Years of inner struggle led him to Buddhist meditation, Tantra, and embodiment practices that helped him become more present, open-hearted, and alive. He has practiced Buddhist meditation for many years, mainly in the Theravāda tradition. His background also includes a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy, over ten years of martial arts experience, and extensive exploration of conscious kink, all of which have shaped his understanding of the body, consent, trust, and human connection.

Villu doesn't see himself as a guru or someone with all the answers. He simply shares the practices that have been most meaningful in his own life. Through loving-kindness and compassion meditation, he hopes to help others cultivate greater presence, authenticity, and kindness - both towards themselves and those around them.

Workshops

Heartfire 🌶️
- Spreading the Flames of Love & Compassion

Kindness is often seen as something we offer to others, but it begins with the relationship we have with ourselves. This gentle meditation workshop is inspired by the Buddhist practice of mettā (loving-kindness) and explores how we can cultivate warmth, compassion, and genuine care for yourself and others. Expect guided meditations, quiet reflection, and simple practices that invite softness without forcing anything.

Through these timeless practices, we will explore how compassion can become an embodied experience rather than just an idea. As the heart begins to soften, it often becomes easier to meet both ourselves and others with greater patience, acceptance, and openness. Together, we will gently nurture the inner fire of the heart, allowing kindness and compassion to arise naturally from within.. Come as you are, and leave with practical tools to bring more kindness into your everyday life.

Inner Ally 🌶️🌶️
- Cultivating Self-Compassion

We often find it easier to offer compassion to others than to ourselves. This workshop explores self-compassion through meditation, reflection, and simple partner exercises inspired by Buddhist teachings and modern psychology. Together, we'll learn how to meet our inner critic with greater understanding, courage, and kindness.

We will explore how a kinder relationship with ourselves can become a source of strength, resilience, and emotional balance. Through simple yet meaningful practices, participants are invited to discover that self-compassion is a foundation for living with greater freedom, authenticity, and inner peace. Expect a gentle, grounded space with practical tools that can support you long after the festival has ended.
