Saša Marčec

About the musician

Saša is a professional bassist with experience in both double bass and bass guitar. He studied bass guitar at Rock Academy and double bass at Music High School Vatroslav Lisinski in Zagreb. From 2010 to 2020, he performed professionally with a wedding band.

He is currently a second-year student of Folk and World Music at Malmö Academy of Music, exploring diverse musical traditions and developing his own voice as a musician.

At Malmö Tantra Festival, Saša brings his experience as a bassist into a space where music, presence and connection meet. Moving between the depth and resonance of the double bass and the versatility of bass guitar, he contributes a grounded musical presence that supports the atmosphere and flow of the festival.
