Ronyah

About the facilitator

Ronyah is a wild woman; an experienced tantra teacher, sexologist, Shadow-work, therapist within IFS & NLP, herbal medicine woman, massage therapist, and performing artist. For over a decade, she has traveled the world performing, exploring, learning, and teaching.

After many years of hiding in inauthenticity, she did a full 180 and learned to embrace the feminine leadership which she had so long resisted, including embracing oneself, and everything that we are as women. Now, she combines a wealth of somatic, esoteric and clinical psychological modalities to create a genuinely beautifully deep, transformative experience! One-on-one sessions, couples, workshops and bigger events; anything to help evolve and support the growth of others.

Primal Women
- A space for all who identify as female

The feminine is so much more than just the soft, flowy, sheer being that is often portrayed… She is raw! Powerful in her adaptivity and truly sensual... She is primal, she is nature, she is LIFE!

We move past traditional expectations to embrace personal power, deep intuition, fierce boundaries, and emotional authenticity. Through dance, close contact, conversation and raw emotional expression, we cleanse limiting beliefs and stand in our power, ready for anything that comes our way. Strong, while maintaining tenderness in our hearts.

What to bring:
Cushion, Yoga Mat & blindfolds

Stripping Shadows

Whilst effortlessly learning dance moves from various styles, we will (within your own boundaries) explore different aspects of ourselves we may not often show, if ever. Shame, grief, playfulness, sensuality, weirdness, everything is welcome to come into light.

Invite and embody the parts of you that need to be felt, heard and seen, through light-hearted dance and shameless expressions! Wear your favorite lingerie/clothes, a scarf/sarong, and an open heart.

What to bring:
Cushion, Yoga Mat, notebook & pen
