Enter a sacred and grounded space with Peter, where breath becomes the gateway to the heart and presence meets playfulness. A former world champion in archery, Peter carries a rare blend of focus, sensitivity, and embodied strength. His path from mastering the bow to guiding inner transformation has shaped a deep understanding of how breath, awareness, and energy work together.

As a multientrepreneur, yoga teacher, author and coach, Peter bridges the worlds of performance and presence. His foundation in tantra was laid through Humlebäck and Johan Ekenberg, and he is trained as a breathwork facilitator by Anand Rudra. Through prana technology, he offers carefully designed and powerful breathwork journeys, ranging from deep emotional and trauma release to awakening and circulating sexual life force energy.

In Peter’s workshops, you are held by a strong, safe masculine energy infused with warmth and gentle humor. Through conscious breathing, you are invited to soften, open, release stored tension, and reconnect with your inner vitality. Workshops

Breath with Sensual Touch

This workshop is an embodied journey where conscious breath opens the door to sexual life force energy, presence, and deeper body awareness. Guided breathwork awakens sensation and softens the nervous system, allowing energy to circulate naturally through the body. From this grounded state, touch is introduced as a language of listening rather than doing - slow, attuned and consent-based. At moments, with blindfolds limiting visual input, the senses are invited to sharpen and the body to respond more intuitively. The experience invites trust, receptivity and playful exploration of connection, intimacy and inner vitality.

You may join as a single participant and be paired during the workshop, or come together with a partner.

Energy Orgasm

Energy Orgasm is a collective journey into expanded sensation, coherence and embodied aliveness. Through breath, subtle movement and energetic awareness, participants are guided to awaken and circulate sexual energy beyond the physical level. The process moves between individual attunement, partnered exchange and group formations, allowing energy to build, refine and flow through connection.

The journey culminates in a shared closing ritual where breath, sound and presence support a collective energetic release. This workshop is an invitation into surrender, trust and the experience of shared vitality - where orgasmic energy arises through coherence rather than effort.
