Olof Jilken

About the facilitator

After a climbing accident in 2011, in which Olof broke his back, and a divorce four years later, he was forced to reevaluate his life – to confront his deepest fears and open himself up to profound grief and healing. This led him to explore various modalities such as Reiki, trauma therapy, men's work, inner child healing, different forms of meditation, and breathwork. It was through this journey that he discovered dearmouring, which enabled him to release many of his fears and blockages. First as a participant, then as an assistant, and for the past five years as a facilitator of retreats and workshops. His passion is to create sacred spaces for deep healing but also provide guidance and support through one-to-one sessions in parts work and dearmouring.

Workshops

Fundamentals of touch & boundaries
- for Newbies, a journey into deeper connection

This introductory workshop is designed to give you the essential tools for authentic relating through touch and boundaries. In a warm and respectful space, we will explore:
How to listen to your body and honor its "yes" and "no"
The art of asking for and receiving consent
Clear communication – verbal and nonverbal
Simple, clothed touch practices that foster connection, presence, and trust.

This is a gentle and empowering experience, open to all - individuals, couples, and all gender identities. You will never be pressured to participate in anything you're not comfortable with. Your boundaries are welcome and celebrated here. Let this be your grounding step into deeper intimacy with yourself and others.

Touch of Devotion

Touch can be so much more than sensation - it can become a prayer. In this sacred workshop, we invite you into a space of reverence and presence. Touch of Devotion is an invitation to meet another human being as they are - fully, tenderly, and without agenda. To honor their body, their heart, their energy... as an expression of the divine. Here, touch becomes a living meditation.
We slow down to truly see and feel the person in front of us
We practice devotional touch - offered in presence, not performance
We learn to meet each other beyond roles, stories, or expectations
We cultivate deep listening - to the body, the breath, and the sacred within

The workshop may contain nakedness or partial nakedness for the exploratory ones. This space is held with deep care, clarity, and consent. Come as you are. Let your hands become an offering. Let your presence become a temple.
