Integration
- from insight to embodiment
You’ve had insights. Realisations. Remembering. Moments of truth that lit something up inside you. Now begins the real journey - The Integration.
This structure is an invitation to slow down and allow what you’ve seen, felt, or reconnected with to fully land. Because transformation doesn’t happen in a flash of insight alone. It happens when we give those insights roots, breath, movement, and space in the body.
Together, we explore what it means to truly integrate and not just to know something in the mind, but to live it, feel it, and become it. We will move, sense, listen, and create space for what wants to stay. So your wisdom doesn’t just pass through you like a breeze but becomes part of the way you walk, speak, relate, and live. This is where the magic becomes real. Come as you are. Leave with something deeply yours.

What are you looking at when no one else is watching? We can suppress our desires and create sexual shadows because we don’t dare to own our sexuality. When shame and excitement meet, sparks are ignited. In this workshop we practice taking ownership of what turns us on.
We explore sexual fantasies, the deeper longing beneath fantasies, porn addiction, and trauma-fetish. Some people know the urge to repeat a pain and feel aroused by it, because there is still charge and energy in it. How we consciously and unconsciously can sexualize what we want the least? What happens if we heal the traumas that are sometimes connected to our sexuality? It is 50% lecture and 50% workshop.
