About the facilitator
My passion in facilitation is to connect people in ways that they maybe wouldn’t have done outside of the workshop space. Working with groups and other people touches me deeply, as I find we keep finding more parts of ourselves in each other. I started facilitating workshops around embodiment, boundaries and consent at 21. Since then I have been working with groups, couples and individuals to bring presence to the space between us.
In my work I am deeply inspired by the work around compassionate inquiry by Gabor Mate, Internal family systems by Richard Schwarz, collective and transgenerational trauma by Thomas Hübel, Vipassana, and plant medicine, all of which have had a great influence on who I am today.
My journey with tantra began in 2020, and since 2026 I am a certified tantra massage practitioner. Next to building start ups in the tech world, I coach people with systemic hypnosis, IFS and psychosomatic approaches. As many of you I am here in the field to learn more, connect with others, and along the way spread some gifts if have collected along my path.

Conscious lap dancing 🌶️🌶️
Intention: finding empowerment in giving and receiving. Expectation: expect to be guided through a step by step journey building up to an improvised lap dance. This is not about learning a choreography. This is about finding true expression of yourself in each moment, and allowing yourself to show what feels true to you.
What happens when giving attention becomes an act of empowerment, and receiving it becomes equally powerful? As the dance unfolds, there is room to notice your impulses, explore the balance between giving and receiving, and discover new dimensions of confidence, play and embodied expression. The focus is not on how you move, but on what emerges when you trust yourself enough to follow what feels alive.
You’re welcome to come with your partner and work together throughout the workshop, or simply pair up with someone in the room. No partner is needed to join.

How to have great fights 🌶️
Intention: learning about the emotional dynamics behind fights. Expectations: participants can expect to be guided through exercises in pairs and learn more about how their judgments and emotions impact how they fight. They can expect to connect with each other in deeper ways and come in touch with what they really want when conflict arises. Furthermore, participants can find inspiration for how to have great fights, as well as relationship agreements and fight agreements that help them grow.
Fights can reveal far more than the disagreement itself. Beneath the words, tone and reactions, there may be longing, fear, protection or a wish to be met in a different way. Learning to recognize these deeper layers can turn a heated moment into valuable information about ourselves and the relationship.
