About the facilitator
I came to Tantra and sacred sexuality through rupture. Through heartbreak, desire, shame, devotion, and a deep refusal to keep living inside the status quo. My path has been shaped by lived experience first: relationships that cracked me open, temple spaces, shadow work, and long descents into places many people try to bypass.
Along the way, I’ve studied and practiced somatics, nervous system work, shadow integration, astrology, ritual, and embodied inquiry, always woven alongside therapy and real-life integration. I’ve journeyed with plants, with the Earth, with shamans, and with communities devoted to conscious intimacy. I’ve trained in and facilitated multiple temple and relational spaces, learning as much from the rooms I’ve held as from the ones that held me.
What matters most to me isn’t technique, peak states, or spiritual performance, but presence and integration. It’s the capacity to stay with yourself when intimacy, power, or vulnerability feel uncomfortable or destabilising. I’m deeply passionate about bringing people back into trust with their bodies and their erotic life force, without shame, bypassing, or spiritualised avoidance. What I want to contribute to this field is a grounded, relational, and embodied approach that honours shadow, humanity, consent, and the slow, honest return to wholeness.
