About the facilitator

Jakob is one of Scandinavia’s leading sex- and intimacy coaches for men. He developed the Vital Force Sexual Mastery practice in 2013 and has since taught several thousand men to master their sexual energy through physical and online courses. His book on the method, ‘Bedre Sex, Mand!’ has become a bestseller in Danish, and is currently being translated into English.

Jakob loves to create brotherhood and connectedness among men, and he is also co-founder and organizer of the annual men's gathering Man21 in Denmark.

Moreover, he is an ever-curious being, with a passion for history, philosophy and mysticism. He has travelled extensively in his life, harnessing the gems and treasures of several mystical traditions. Some of these are echoed in his work as a poet, which can be found in his collection 'Calls From Home - Mystical Poems'.

Spirit & Life - Consciousness & Energy. Two fundamentally different realms of existence that we can learn to embody to create attraction and beauty. All polarity is essentially the interplay between these two. All Eros and creativity arises from the fiery sparks between them. Learning to play smoothly with these polarities can soften old tension and stuck patterns in relationships and create renewed flow and attraction.

In this ceremony you will be invited to play with these two realms. You will have a chance to feel them both, and feel which one you feel most comfortable embodying. There will be meetings, interactions, dance, eye contact, meetings soul to soul. Very few words, more presence, feeling and movement. Allow yourself to be moved.
