Jacopo Pennisi
About the facilitator
Jacopo Pennisi has dedicated over ten years of his life to traveling the world, embarking on a deep journey of inner exploration. Initially through meditation, and later deepening his self-awareness through Yoga and Tantra, he had the opportunity to immerse himself in ancient traditions that have enriched his path. His search led him to explore India for several years, where he studied these practices intensively with great dedication.
Through his experiences, Jacopo offers a practical approach to Tantra and Yoga, using techniques of meditation, breath-work, and somatic sexuality. His teaching is based on the idea of seeking psychological and physical lightness, inviting those who follow him not to take themselves too seriously and to rediscover that unconditional joy children naturally express, always staying present in the moment. Also the organizer of Kāma Etna Festival in Italy.

Workshops
Quantum light breath
This is a highly focused breathing meditation process that significantly accelerates personal transformation by bypassing the conscious mind and releasing old programs directly from the subconscious. In practice, it dissolves painful emotional experiences - so-called traumas - without the need for analysis. It usually brings the participant into an expanded state of consciousness. Universal love is experienced as a reality rather than as an unreachable concept. There is a deep connection with Universal Intelligence.
Workshop for couples - Pair up before workshop.
Karmamudrã
Karmamudrā is a Vajrayana Buddhist technique which makes use of sexual union with a physical or visualized consort as well as the practice of inner heat (tummo) to achieve a non-dual state of bliss and insight into emptiness. When practiced alone with visualisation, Karmamudra is a self-stimulation technique that brings the two extreme poles of our being back to its center. If Kamasutra is “the art of (ordinary) sex,” then Karmamudrā is “the art of (spiritual) orgasm.”
