My tantric journey began as a quiet, insistent whisper, a deep longing to feel alive again. After years of burnout, disconnection, and trying to fit into roles that dulled my spark, I found my way back through breath, body, and presence. Not just healing, but aliveness. Today, I walk beside others on that same path.

I am trained in tantra therapy and bring over a decade of experience in holding groups with depth, warmth, and playfulness. My passion is to create spaces where we can remember ourselves. Where we meet what’s real with softness, with courage, and with the pleasure of being fully, unapologetically alive.
