Charlie & Isa

About the facilitators

We are Charlie and Isa, exploring embodied consciousness, connection and what it means to come home to ourselves. Our path into tantra has grown through a shared curiosity for the body, intimacy, presence and the spaces that open when we slow down enough to truly feel our body.

Isa brings a background in yoga, free movement, sound healing and creative expression, weaving sound, ritual and movement into her way of holding space. Charlie’s work is grounded in bodywork, embodied practice and creating spaces of trust where people can meet themselves and others with greater presence. Together, we are passionate about exploring the meeting point between sound, touch, breath, movement and authentic human connection. Our work is less about teaching a particular way of being and more about creating spaces where people can listen inwardly and discover what is true for them.

At Villa Vhēla, our space in the forests of southern Sweden, we host practices and gatherings centred around embodiment, connection and shared presence. In the tantric field, we hope to contribute spaces that feel grounded, playful and human where curiosity is welcomed, boundaries are honoured and connection can unfold at its own pace.

Workshops

Awakening Into Presence 🌶️
- Morning Session

A grounding morning practice with meditation, breathwork and music to gently awaken the body and arrive in the present. Participants are invited to connect with themselves and set an intention for the day ahead.

The practice creates a gentle bridge between inner stillness and the vibrant experiences that await. With space for curiosity and inner listening, participants can explore what their body, breath and senses are communicating before stepping into the day. Rather than adding more to the morning, this is an invitation to begin from a place of enoughness, allowing whatever is present to be met with openness and care.

The Open Door 🌶️
– Into Sound, Sensation & Surrender

A ceremonial "open-door" space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. We begin with a small guided ceremony and heart meditation, accompanied by live sound, before gently transitioning into an optional conscious touch and connection. Participants are free explore closeness or simply remain in their own space, always with clear attention to consent and personal boundaries.

This extended evening space offers an invitation to rest, breathe out and simply be. You are welcome to arrive, leave and return whenever you wish, making the space as flexible as your needs in the moment. Stay for the full journey or simply drop in for a while, whether you want to rest, listen, integrate, self-regulate or share the presence of others. There is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to do, just space to follow your own rhythm and let the day settle.

A Soft Landing 🌶️
– From Experience to Integration

A closing workshop for integrating the experiences of the weekend through dance and movement. Participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, reflect through the body and feel into what they want to carry with them beyond the festival.

Through gentle practices, co-regulation and self-regulation, we invite the nervous system to shift from activation towards rest. This is a space to breathe, soften and allow the body to settle after a weekend filled with encounters and intensity. You may leave feeling more grounded, regulated and resourced, with a greater sense of inner calm and spaciousness.
