About the facilitator

Originally trained as a classical dancer, I've always been fascinated by the human body, movement and sensual somatic experience. I trained in Tantra massage during my years in India 2013-2018 where I also facilitated yoga, physical practice as well as anatomy and philosophy. Later I've also studied, Reiki healing and Dearmouring, broadening my skillset to better relate to and help uplift others. Human connection, awareness and play is in the forefront when I lead a workshop, whatever the topic, bringing people closer to themselves and each other is my greatest passion. With over 12 years of experience guiding dance, yoga, meditation and tantric practices I aim to bring a deeper knowledge of oneself to those who are brave, playful and willing to explore.

Dance With Divinity

A playful and energetic movement session aimed at awakening your lifeforce energy, shifting your attention into your body and grounding yourself ahead of a weekend of abundant impressions. We celebrate ourselves and each other as the divine beings that we are, with the intention of strengthening our feelings of individual power, as well as contributing lovingly to the collective field. Our journey is one of dance, affirmation, human connection and celebration, a joyful invitation to laugh and play, both with yourself and with others.

- Erotic and Emotional Fluidity and Freedom

This workshop is an invitation to rediscover pleasure, connection, and emotional versatility through a tantric lens. We’ll explore how different energies move in the body and how it shapes the way we relate to others. Participants will be guided in exercises, including movement and touch, that awaken the body, soften resistance, and deepen relational presence. We’ll unpack stories we carry about intimacy and rebuild them with more freedom and nuance, aiming to melt down the paradigm of labels and prejudices from our past. This is a space for sharing ourselves with courage, curiosity, and expansion.
