About the facilitator
Binta is a coach, bodyworker and facilitator specialising in de-armouring, Family Constellations, Emotional Freedom Technique and Inner Child Healing. She teaches Ancestral Tantra Kriya Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga and holds sacred feminine spaces that weave ancient wisdom with modern healing practices. With over two decades of personal, spiritual and professional development, Binta is devoted to helping people reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and release layers of conditioning.
Rooted in her Indian and Hindu ancestry, she bridges Eastern spiritual traditions with Western therapeutic methods and science. Her trauma-informed approach integrates conscious and unconscious healing, the body, and ancestral and quantum perspectives. Known for creating safe, grounded spaces, Binta offers workshops, de-armouring circles and one-to-one sessions and is based in London.

Discover how to work with sexual energy beyond the physical body. Through breathwork, movement, and energy cultivation practices, you'll learn to sense and circulate energy within your own body, connect with others through the subtle field, and experience pleasure through energetic exchange alone.
This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore the full spectrum of your energy, expand awareness, and cultivate intimacy with yourself and others. You’ll be invited to explore subtle sensations, deepen presence, and experience how conscious energy flow can enhance pleasure, connection, and personal empowerment.
Exercises are guided in pairs, but you do not need to come with a partner, as we will swap pairings throughout.
